Yest it does. I bought "new" (1989) volvo 740 (http://volvo.atroszko.pl/gallery740.htm)because my son was born 2 months ago and I needed station-wagon, but Volvo 343 stays with me
It's part of family already.

Your pain work on the car is better than mine. Mine could do with a respray
but just can't aford it this year.

The same here. It's 3 years alredy since my car painting and many rust in the bottom of the doors came back.

Those pictures look like they are out of the original volvo sales booklets! Yellow is a good colour for a 343!

I agree. All the wacky 70s colours suit a Mk1 really well - yellow, orange, green ... even beige and brown

oh not to far away from me then, im down in st.ives. i have a 340 and my dad has a 360GLT which is currently up for sale, ive only ever seen one other 300 around in the last year and thats one of my dads customers.

No theo I don't. I shall watch out for it. Where exactly did you see it, might go for a look around. I can't remember when I last saw one around Falmouth.
