Still not smoking. Eight days now. My Doctor says i have a good chance and to stick
with it. Night shift tonight. Oh shit.

Hi all.
Well if i stick it out untill tonight at 23.00hrs, i will not have
smoked foe 14 days.I do fell a lot better but it hasn't started to get any easyer yet.

Hi Jani.
Things havent started to taste different yet but i expect they will eventually.
I am now on day 19 and it is still very difficult but i intend to win.
I did try many years ago and lasted three weeks but failed.
If i stick it out untill next Wednesday it will be the longest i have not had a smoke since 1976.

Hi Lads.
Still off the deadly smokes. Almost four weeks. I still want one,but won't.
I do feel a lot better, Some days are better than others.
The other day i nearly gave in but didn't.
I have to keep going now. My Doctor says i am doing realy well.
