Bellhousing hollow locating pins

One of the bellhousing to engine locating pins is missing from my F7P engine. I have the two left in my 1.7 donor but can't work out a way of getting them out! I've tried heat, hammers and grips on them but they're decidedly staying put. Has anybody taken these out before?
