biggest problem with these higly modified/powerfull cars is that you need to know your stuff if you want to buy it; or you'll drive it, it eventually breaks something and you're screwed (a normal garage won't be able to fix anything as they don't know what parts they need. it's not a high horsepower japanese whip that everyone knows a lot of

guys that know theyre stuff mostly want to build their own machines, because that's more fun and you get to know the car from the ground up. on a sidenote, this car isn't license registred anymore so its purely a track-toy.
so the price he's asking is looking at the parts/car a very good buy! but he needs a handyman to buy it who has no time to build his own trackcar or something; so it's a small market of people that are potentially interested
