im after some uprated shocks
a passenger side mirror(or mirror blanks)
a grill that i can paint black not sure one different types available due to being a volvo newbie)
a steering wheel boss
mk2 rear lights i believe

Finding a MkII black grill could be tricky. Try looking out for one from a Mk II GLT.

Boss depends on the wheel AFAIK?

just a standard grill is fine cos ill paint it satin black.... or debadged one?

the steering wheel is a omp/momo fitment

Got a photo of the grill? I've a feeling I have mk2 and mk3 both in the loft, likely to be GLT style all black ones.

Any grill really. Do they do debadged ones like on that crazy drift car on driftworks

There are 3 different fitments, from the other photos of your car I believe I have one. The de badged ones are all custom, but not super difficult depending on the style you go for.
