They are both DLs and i think are MK3 (the pictures will tell more) blue one a more pale blue! (I'll get pictures)

They are both 5 speed but the postage on an item that size that heavy and at that distance will be a joke! I can find out if you want?

Cost me £50 to have two bucket seats delivered on a pallet from wales and im in kent, just as a rough idea to what it should cost

1.7/1.4 5 speed/4 speed they all fit straight on

Its when you start mixing bits from 4 speed gearboxes onto 5 speed gearboxes that it doesnt work

Any chance of the rubber seal for the steering column into the bulkhead? AFAIK its a standard part on all 300, but not sure.

The gearbox could be shipped but obviously you would have to foot the payment as mentioned before both the 1.4 and the 1.7 gearboxes and linkages are the same! The diff won't be included with the gearbox! I will enquire about shipping costs tomorrow!
