What sort of time would be good on friday Mac? Don't want to arrive too early and be the only one there

Anything left to sort/plan/source?

I'm really looking forwards to this now :D

Matt,
Deb and I are going up on Thursday afternoon so will be on site from 9 - 10 Friday morning. The marquees should be going up on Thursday afternoon.

We can set up the V3M gazebos and banner during the day and expect others like Chris C and Rupert to roll in later in the day. My Suffolk and Essex lot should be arriving early evening. Various stands/dealers should appear Friday also so there will be people about all day. You're about, what, 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. away so if you get away at a "sensible" time and aim reach the site midday-ish you won't be far wrong. I think we're a good as we can get (hope we're not a little light on the rally side though).

Might be nice if Aitchi could make it (complete with LSD). Could be good for him to chat with Nev!

Whatever happens I'm sure most of us will have a good time even if V3M/DriftMoto/t5d5 combo will seem to be a bit of a culture shock for some of the "old Skool" in the VOC.

Looking forward to it? - ohhhhh yessssss!

I'm bringing waterproofs this time. Last year I came down in a t shirt and trainers and got cold and soaked :? . It was nice and sunny when I left home. Long range forcast looks dodgy but lets keep fingers crossed for a lull in the storms!

Edit, Mac, how are non VOC members fixed for entry, is there a charge for visitors (not to show cars, just walk round)? Jack will be brought separately by grandparents sunday.

Andy, No entry charges for anybody, VOC or not. You only need VOC membership to actually
enter the BKV competition. The only other distinction is if you arrive driving a Volvo or not -
as this year only non Volvos will be parked in a separate area.

My ETA will be Friday between 1600 and 1800, depending on the A1 scrappy and the Shuttleworth collection.

It looks like a good number will be there on site Friday evening then? I'm fairly local (about 25 miles away) so will come down late friday afternoon/early evening, can help with setting up if required. Will be down Saturday and Sunday as well.

The bad news is that I won't be able to come with my own 360GLT, the car isn't ready, not enough time to finish everything...

But the good news is that I'll come with another 360GLT!!! I have a plan B :-)

Shuttle at 8:20 tomorrow morning, I'll be there in the afternoon. Is the weather forecast good? I don't think so :D
