Removing starter motor B200E

Post by kelvingenders »

Hey, is it meant to be a pain in the backside to do. I cannot get access to the bolts that sit near the clutch housing. Anyone got any advice and which way these bolts are meant to turn...... sm2

Hi Kelvin.
I think they go anti clockwise.
Cheers Mark.

Yeah, normal threads, they can be tight due to aluminium in contact with steel corrosion.

Good 1/2" knuckle joints and extender bars from underneath should crack them off. Plenty of anti-seize too.
