MStools2? How does that work? Sorry I've no personal experience apart from reading the manual on the website, with a view to getting myself prepared for installing it so that everything hopefully goes smoothly, so the following comments are only from what I've read.
Because the 800-40ohms thing is so different from the default resistor in the voltage divider, you're apparently going to get a poor resolution over the working range of the circuit, even if you remap the correct temperatures using Easytherm.
Any electronics/fuel injection ECU wizards out there?
It works pretty much same like Easytherm, you set 3 temps and it calculates map based on those.
I don't know if there is something else involved to that area, but there is plenty of guys that has just made new map.
+1 is around 3500 ohms, and it goes quite high when getting colder, not idea how high anyway.
