Indeed. But I wouldn't resort to italics.

Both cars are looking great :)

How similair are these to 205s? engine bay on 1.3 looks very similair to a 205 (ignoring the TU)

For a moment I thought that it had started multiplying like single cell organism, but then I read the truth, got me worried for a moment there

AX would be really great, but so rare here, haven't seen one on road for years, very rare to see on sale either and at least nothing better than project state is not swapping hands. Rust did eat away all of those here.

They share a LOT of parts. They are just a bigger 205 really man yeah.
But obv no panels lights or screens transfer.

Well I think it might be a long time until you see 3 together. So maybe VERY slow multiplying organism.

In eyes of Mr Everest, diesel pug is as fast as a lightning :D

Anyway that is one of the best looking Peugeot models and those wheels are indeed perfect, as those cars don't weight nothing or at least almost nothing, they have relatively small frontal area, they might be really good victims for extreme aerodynamic modifications to make them go close to 100mpg.

Citroen did an ax eco diesel (ultra smooth lightweight carbon body with standard mechanicals) that did 100mpg :D

It had small NA diesel in it from my memory, with today's turbo technology it could have even smaller diesel engine and have performance + 100mpg. It still had room for improvement in aerodynamics wise.

Also that Vera could be improved, imo. Rear window angle is too steep, that is why there is that small wing, to catch the air and make less drag, but with proper angled rear section it could be quite bit better.

Ditch the mirrors, use cameras.

Full wheel covers, rear and front.

Flow separators near tail light area, like in Volt (I guess Ampera has them too? Some other cars have them also integrated to tail light design).

Shave handles, minor effect, raise rear of bonnet and close gaps.

Behind wheel you need kind of tail to reduce drag, that has quite good amount of effect too.

Most stuff has been known from 1940's, rarely applied fully because practicality/aesthetics.

Some small kubota diesel turbo charged with start + stop system, human operated or automatic should help to reach far better than 100mpg, imo. That is highway use of course.

Americans use stuff like Coroplast to make those aerodynamic parts for their vehicles.

Love the sun roof. I had one on my old GLT and loved it.
Cheers Mark.
