Front seats 360

Hi,

It is 4 door 360 saloon with heated front seats. Is there any direct replacement for front seats from other volvo?

Doubt it, just any 300 series. They all have heated seats, right back to the 1980 345 DL.

UK markets yes, but heated seats were a "luxury item" in many other countries ... In Germany standard fit only on 360 GLE injected saloons IIRC.

But as Ride_on says - any other 300 seat will fit. Where are you located?

Question is why do you want to replace them?

I want to replace them because it has broken round thingys on both sides of the seats which adjust something. I'm from Lithuania and there is no 300 series for parts.

There are two round adjusters on the side of the seat. 1 adjusts the angle of the seat back and 2 adjusts the stiffness / tension in the back of the seat. You might be able to just replace teh plastic knobs.

You could make 240 or even 740 seats fit with some fabrication and alterations.

Does anyone know if the seats from an 850 will fit? I found 2 in decent shape, leather and at a good price.

hi.. i also thinking to replace my front seat. Mine is not soft or comfortable anymore. I found 960/S90 seat at junkyard. very nice leather. can it fit for my 360 gle?

The 940/960 seats are height adjustable and mount much lower to the chassis. You would need to remove the 360 seat mount domes and mount the bigger seats on the floor. They are also much wider, I would doubt they would fit a 300. Personally I prefer the non-leather seats of the 300, don't know why anyone would want to change them. Yes faulty ones need fixed.
