B19 head swap to B204(234)

Hi!!My name is Stas,i'm from Uzbekistan,Tashkent.
I have a question. My brother has a Volvo 340 and we decided to change the cylinder head from the b19 to cylinder head from b204 (234), whether there can be some problems which will not allow us to do this?
