Good work James! I like that a lot! Yeah 340's got them as well, I've a whole pot of keys sat here! The standard torch is only of any use at about 1 and a half feet with a good battery. It was only ever intended as a lock finding aid, but I'd like a torch on my keys, as I always have them with me and my new phone isn't as bright as my old one to be used as a makeshift torch! I think this mod could prove popular.

You inspired me....
Well pleased with how bright it is. I was gonna put in a rainbow coloured LED for that extra pimp factor, but decided against it and went for plain old white

I have one to, but it's not from my car! It came with the car when I bought it, but it doesn't fit. It would be cool to transfer the key into the led key, if you know what I mean.
Leather, leccy windows and mirrors, snowcap, foglights, open air filter, black roof upholstery. What more do you want? >a 2.3 turbo!
Thats what I'm probably going to do with the key from Beast, even though I kept all the locks too.... (I think) Might just see if I can find another at somepoint.

How can we find out? Are there so many "doubles" ?
I will post apicture later of both keys.
If not, I will go the very expensive way (but as i got he equipment...). First do a Electron Dispersive X-Ray Analysis to find out what the keys are made of exactly. If the material is not expected to get too brittle after welding, I will cut the keys and weld them back together either by laser or by elctron-beam to prevent the plastic from melting. Someday (reckoning the time spent and machinery used, it will be a very expensive key after that...)
But I will post the pictures first
