You can find this in the junk online news stories, but it shows a man in a Ukraine hospital having a metal nut removed from part of his anatomy (yes, that part)...
Note the handy bottle of "bon aqua".

I almost replicated this today trying to remove the ball-joint on my Blue 1.7 to get the strut off for repairs. The castellated nut on the ball-joint (which I had partially unscrewed) couldn't take the pressure from the separator. Fortunately, I could tell it was stressed situation so I had the safety glasses on which was lucky as I might have had a castellated eye-ball otherwise.
Just got to find another nut with the right profile ;-0
