Right, about fitting the saloon interior. The door cards fit straight, as most of you will know.
Leather:- The middle bracket mount that saloons have fit as you probably will know, so thats the bottom middle secure, use the screws etc and she all fits together, its a very tight fit though and involves 2 people to do it. The top half as pointed out is unsecured, this hasnt been remedied yet but I am having 2 brackets made up which will be similar to the saloon bracket mentioned earlier. they will secure the backrests to the plastic moulding in the boot, that will secure both corners of the backrest. Further support will be added by using a bar of some description, this will also act as a rear brace to keep the body tight when cornering.
If any of you guys have a hatch 300 and see saloon leather its worth considering (if you dont mind loosing the ability to fold the backrests down)
I heard someone else has fitted saloon interior in their 300 also.
A friend of mine who has a Sierra 4x4 used a full grey leather interior from the rare 2000E sierra (which was only available in saloon form) and really, once its all in who cares that you cant fold the seats?

Al
