I have to you a following question.
It is possible or is impossible to remove with b14 3e a head of the cylinder block, and on its place to put a head from the engine b14 4e. Or such operation is impossible?
Also what for this purpose it is required?

I do not know as correctly in English this part of the engine refers to. It is the top part of the engine where are the valve. And system inlet and exhaust manifolds.
Simply at a head b14 4e it is better the made outlet and inlet collectors. I wrote that I wish to change the engine. While I have not changed it and I wish to work above it. And the carburettor I wish to put more productive from other machine. And on b14 3e admission and release a single whole therefore manages to be finished nothing there.
I can't see a problem with it, but compare the combustion chambers to make sure the compression ratio isn't radically different (ie: small chamber, large piston dish on one engine, and the opposite on the other).

its a straight swap and it will get rid of all the emission pipe work that the b14-3e has
i also think that this engine uses a single choke carb
probley need to change the manifold and down pipe as well
Yes unfortunately in it there is 14 3 weakest of scale of motors.
Therefore also I wish it to tuning It and later in general to change.
At b14 4e exhaust manifold 4-2-1. And if to remove separately inlet that it is possible to put horizontal carburettors if separately to make a new intake manifold. And on b14 3e it to make it is impossible. And an exhaust at it 4-1, that strongly slows down gases.
I as that did not photograph the machine, so few times on the chamber in a mobile phone.
