Well he probably put it in 340 which has that aluminum propshaft which doesn't always even handle the stock B14/B172 power..

There's no way he would have broken the trans-axle tube in 360 with just 156hp as there are few +200hp 360s in here and weak point is the diff. Of course the connection between the trans-axle tube and gearbox might get broken if the hex bolts are loose etc... parts are not in good shape. But when everything is in order the transaxle tube is not a problem. Makkiver's late white 360 Turbo had over 200hp and he had no problems with the trans axle tube. Diff's and gearboxes he had to change few times though.

Same thing with these two other 360 turbos which I know to have over 200hp. Broken diffs and gearboxes when going over 200hp but no problems with the trans axle tube if parts are in good shape. I've had no problems with any part in drivetrain but then again I don't have over 200hp.

Let's see when I'll get the intercooler maybe I'll start breaking parts too..
