Best brake upgrade for 360s

Im looking for a decent breake upgrade for a 360, preferably something along the lines of 280+mm on the front, vented, and 260ish solids on the rear.

I know I could just get a disk that roughly fits and then mess around making up bespoke brackets for the calipers, but Im curious what everyone else runs, whats a direct fit etc.
