Im pretty sure the manual tells you about the oil changes etc because i was surprised just how much stuff they tell you how to do in it.

good luck opening those freaking bolts. I have changed the gearbox on my 360 last year, took almost a day to loossen those bolts for oil changes.
Leather, leccy windows and mirrors, snowcap, foglights, open air filter, black roof upholstery. What more do you want? >a 2.3 turbo!

I wouldn't recommend removing the gearbox. Use a decent socket, very long lever and the bolts should move, check the top up bolt can be removed before draining! As said before, fill till it overflows out of the top up hole.
