James, I think I have something interesting for you, 9 pages from Volvo France where you can find the explanation to adjust that carb. These are official documents used for the 345 Rsport. You want that?

webber,solex or dellorto's-40 or 45's ??
strange that the trumpets are different sizes-something to do with the filters/filter box?
should give it a nice induction note none the less
i would take them when fitted to local agent/dealer to set up as it aint easy-on my old minis i used to use a hose pipe and listen to try and balance em correct!! never worked but when you set em up from scratch it gets them close enough to run.....
should put a few more horses under the bonnet too !
what engine do you have as 45's may be toobig on a 1.4/1.7 unless they got small jets in. i would overhaul them, kits easily availible and polish em up inside and out, gets the fuel and air flowing good + they look orgasmic when you lift the bonnet

I haven't checked, but I think they're Solex 40s (thats what came in the R-Sport kit). I think the different length horns are indeed related to the airbox - which I won't have, so I hope they're adjustable! A B200 is a 2.0, so I figure 40s are more or less perfect. I'll certainly be getting them set-up by an expert - even is they are from a 343 R-Sport, the cam is different.
I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing with them - it rather depends on exactly what they are when they turn up. I have a friend who desperately wants a set of these (and has been looking for a lot longer than I have), so I might sell them on.
trumpets are cheap enough for some nice shiney ones, but it depends on what filter/s you put on, for the length etc.
another thing if you fit them is be carefull of brake servo, you get a far far better vaccum from injection than the carbs....does the r sport have a different master cylinder/servo???? i think on the inj you have all 4 cylinders creating vaccum(?) and on the carbs you only have 1!?
I have a B200K, so I have a carb ATM. The vacuum may well be a bit weaker though, as my current setup is the result of the vacuum from all the cylinders, not one.
