Volvo 340 GLE
My grandfather has a 1986 (C-reg) Volvo 340 GLE which is in mint condition, completely original and has only covered 24,000 genuine miles since new. Anybody know how much it may be worth?

Prices vary dramatically, have a look on e-bay for an idea. It's imposible to guess really.
Condition is very important, more so than millage, so a minter will be worth quite a bit more due to the savings on repairs. It really depends if someone is looking for one just like your (no. doors, colour, engine etc)

As a rough guide I'd have said £400 if it's in great condition and has a long MOT. Mint Mk.2 360 GLTs can go for more than that, but I wouldn't have thought you'd make more than £500 absolute max on a 340 unless you were lucky enough to find an enthusiast who really wanted your car. Very good 340s (and 360s) can be had from £200-£300 (or less - I'm not the only one who's bought a very low mileage 340 for £50 or less).
