Its come to that time of year where I am starting to think of stickers for the car for Le Mans....
Has anyone got any ideas for stickers / themes?
The usual form is to sticker up the car in race livery and you often see cars in GULF colours and that kind of thing......
Will prob go for race numbers and names in windows but apart from that I'm stumped for a theme.
Obviously car is black so need to bear that in mind.
Want as many stickers as possible in inline with Le Mans tradition whilst attempting to keep a classy look to the car.
Why not sticker it up as a black version of the 850 touring car? but obviously change the 850 logos to 340 ones? Or in Australia they raced the 850 under a red race livery?
Or the Swedish 240 touring cars?
Just a few ideas to get you going?
Adam
There's a few pics somewhere of a Aussie 360 race cup, some of the advertising literature used a few shots from a red car, I'll see if I can hunt them down!
I'd forgotten about the Q8 picture! Blue and silver was Volvo's livery of the time, black hmmm... but, being black, there is loads you can do, as you did yellow last time, maybe green or white theme this time?
Hmm, can't find the literature I was looking for, there is a sales sheet that says how the Aussie GLT is just the same as the race one or something, with a clean motor underneath, and a race version on track above... did find this though

Yeah i like the idea of that blue one or doing the 850 touring car livery.... Only thing is due to car being black it might only look good with white stickers........ what u reckon?
I reckon either all white or all green maybe yellow again stickers... which means cutting out company logo's unless they are monochrome
Have a nosey here http://www.dnrt.nl/ Click on the V360 Cup under Series B, some great looking cars there, wish I lived in Holland, would be entering in that like a shot! (Well, maybe, if I could suss out a way of still being able to buy food too)
