Fan on all the time

Post by stealthstylz »

Should the fan run all the time while the engine is on or has somebody bodged it so there's no viscous link anymore?

If the engines running trying to work on it in a force 9 gale is quite annoying lol

Yeah the fan will run all the time on 360's, you will hear a difference in noise when driving when the v/c clutch is engaged

It makes it sound a bit bus like lol. viscous fans don't rob lots of power but more than an electric one yes.

the viscous coupling is there to reduce the amount of energy consumed by the fan over traditional fixed fans.
