where to get methanol from?
i would like to take this opportunity to point out that this is NOT for me!!!
one of my crazy friends wants a bit, that i am assuming is going to find its way into a capri's fuel tank

any ideas?

Hunt around the 'net to find your local industrial chemical supplier? No idea if they would sell small quantities to individual members of the public though...

Or bribe the chemistry lab assistant at your local school

I know it is used for cleaning LPG bulk tanks. If you Pm me I know someone you could try.
