Sorry buddy, you can look all you want, but with another engine swap on the cards, as well as running an unguarded rally car down unmade tracks, the one off the car I paid half for I need.
Have you looked in the scrappy's around you? If you pull your own one, you'll learn a lot more for when you come to do the swap on your car, as well as good scrappies will gas cut the engine out the front of the car saving you needing a crane.

Hang on, I've just realised that's a job lot only. Blame inebriation and sleep deprivation for that mistake.
To apologise, here's how to make my drink of choice this evening:

There's a tatty looking 1.7 5 door near me. I think I'll drop a card on the window. It looks like it might be a breaker as there's loads of mud hanging off the back, think it may have seen some action down ryhope beach. (A reference for all the thousands of Sunderland folks on here).

lol pretty please:D

On e-bay atm, a 340 1.4 breaking, but read halfway through the ad and it says he also has a 1.7 that he's breaking

I'm a bit confused by the blue car pictured, all clues point to it being a Mk3, but it has Mk2 wing indicators, and the rubber strips on the doors look a little but like Mk2 ones, but I'm not certain

Don't forget to also look in the paper as opposed to just ebay. Ebay tax hasn't hit the papers, you can still pick up 300's for pittance from them, if you find a 1.7 you can get your bits and make your money back on selling the rest of the bits
