Another quick update stripping a non-rust shell...

Out with the dash. Is a 2-piece item, with an independent heater box and center section... If VWs were like this...



The last sound deadening ( reaching the windscreen ! High Volvo quality )



Out with the alarm !



And aislants fully removed...



I think I'll left the interior only with steering column and pedal box to make all properly. Hope I can save some money to make a rollcage before painting !!

with the bonnet rasing whic part did you add washers to the part on the bonnet with 2 wheels or the part bolted to the bulk head?

Washers to the part on the bonnet, between the piece with the wheel and the bonnet itself ! Nearly 1" if I remember well
