That's some beautiful work, Adam :)

How did you get your finger...angle grinder? They're ferrocious things...I had a very close call with one myself a few months ago.

cheers

With the new exhaust i would expect to see 175bhp with standard cams then around 190 with fast road cams.

Nothing like a zorst to give you 25bhp, eh? ;-) You know I love pulling your leg about youtr power claims buddy. :D Got any plans to dyno it?

I love that car. I can't believe how far it's come since I rode in it as a 1.4!

cheers

190bhp is quite a bit, almost 100bhp/litre - impressive if true

In my experience, dyno runs usually end in less than you're expecting...so now I aim low to avoid disappointment sm56

Of course then you get into the minefield of optimistic read-outs, etc :?

Well i had a stainless downpipe made for the car last friday, so i thought i would post some pics up. I have also ditched the red trim for blue to tie it into the car a bit better.

Had it made at prospeed in cardiff cost £100 No it starts at a 3" pipe then reduces to a 2.5" pipe, and at a later date will have a 2.5" system.

It's dark grey with black 340 trim (i.e. all-black bumpers). It's a fairly rare colour that only usually seems to appear on relatively low-spec cars. That, coupled with the work Adam's done to up-spec his car, makes it more or less unique in appearance.

He's also polished the crap out of it...most of those dark grey cars have lost all their shine by now!

cheers
