Post by chunkybond »

hi everyone,

firstly wanted to say this site is the mutts! im so glad I found it.
Ive just picked up a mint 340, 1 lady owner FSH etc etc

i want to RAT it out, starting with lowering her.
What would I need to take her down by say 80mm? ideally front and back!

also on the list is a badgeless grill. any ideas?

any help greatly appreciated!

Hello mate. Sounds like a plan!
I was gonna rat mine, but decided it was just too good for it. So settled for a nice slam.
Blocks for the back leaf springs, and short springs for the front end are both available from classicswede in the FOR SALE section.
Or if youre skint, chop a coil and put cheap escort blocks on the back if you can find straight bolts long enough.

Mines down two inches, and looks like a filthy bee-hatch. Even if I do say so myself.
Picks on the WHAT DO YOU CALL thread in GENERAL INTEREST.

Party on man.

And welcome to the forum.
