All they will do in the hospital is a what they call a sleep study. Stick you on a O2 saturation monitor and possibly a CO2 monitor, and video you sleeping. You obviously can't monitor yourself, but you can video yourself sleeping. Then watch yourself repeatedly going apnoeaic, waking up and going back to sleep without being aware what's happening. Edit the video to show the evening's highlights and then present it to your doctor and say "help". Worth a try.
Another option is to sew a tennis ball into the back of your pyjamas to stop yourself rolling onto your back. Sleep apnoea is usually more pronounced when you are lying on your back. You could try those nose strips which rugby players wear too - but the problem is probably a floppy trachea rather than a nasal problem.
Good luck with it mate

You've probably already discovered it, but Sainsburys do a good range of 'Free from' foods. I know someone who's Doc reckons they're wheat intolerant, but they're rather uncertain of whether it's really true...volvosneverdie wrote:Turns out im wheat intollerant
