Excellent work there!! That must be alot of fun in a lightweight shell. It must be abit of a sleeper too, are you keeping the standard looks? I think thats where the fun is to be had!

VTRs are easy prey for a 360, because we're just about quick enough to take them at the lights if they're not expecting it....which (generally being egotistical fools!) they won't be...
...I pulled 5 car length on an Evo 5 from the lights last year, until he woke up and realised he was going to have to spool that turbo to beat me. You don't pull alongside me, continually blip the throttle, then expect to walk all over me without trying! Huskyracer's car would have won that contest (vs Evo 5, unexpected), no question.
cheers

GOOD JOB!
Did you manage to cramp a intercooler in there?
Nice exsaust fix on that turbo too.
i will remember that.
Do you have a link about that Mega squirt system?
Too bad i have the time but no money to do the same right know.
Iam really jeallous over here

HI Andries, how are you? The exhaust front pipe is actualy half a intercooler pipe from a kit for an evo 6, we chopped it up to use the cooler on somthing else, and the bit of pipe left over just happened to be the right shape for my downpipe! The intercooler is from a late 2003 frontera turbo diesel, took a bit of finding but its worth it as the intercooler is very large, alloy welded construction, and beleve it or not, it fits in the front of a 300 like it was ment to be there!! even the outlet pipes fit straight in the holes of the bulkhead!!
At the moment, it's making 159 BHP, and 177 lbs/ft peak torque, I will try to post the graph here soon. As for wasting g60's, I dont know, but a friend of mine has a modified g40 polo, and from a standing start, I come past him just into third, and by the time I changed into 4th I had about 3 car lenghts on him. I think J.T.B.O. posted a link to megasqirt on one of the other threads, but i cant find it, hows yours going?

Running in fuel only mode.

I have not yet found cheap fuel injector, but I think it is just taking few days to find it cheap

dude, with that board, does that mean it will map its self on wide band lambda? that is one cool feature!!! Does this mean it is running now or are you still sourcing injectors? was your car injection already? I to know the pain of having 900 meters of electrical spaggeti to find a home for

My car is running, but only 3 injectors do work. I think that there was dirt in fuel rail that glogged one injector or someting
All is set up, but I'm looking cheap injector now, 40-50 euros max with delivery costs. I have been offered 4 injectors from turbo, but seller is not yet been able to confirm if those are high or low impedance, I need high impedance, much easier as no need for current limiter, or extra resistors.
I'm not sure if it will automatically adjust itself, but Genboard ECU will do that, it is however bit more expensive and has even more features.
My car was with B200K engine so it had carb version. It was indeed bit more work to convert it to fuel injected and megasquirted.
Oh yes, there IS holes in cylinder head that need to be blocked, intake manifold has water warming/cooling in B200K engine. I was not sure until I pulled manifold out, even I had few proofs from that in other cylinder heads that I have.
When I get all ready and adjusted, then I will make another run with powerdyn, perhaps there is only 10% decrease in power
I think that I need one week to make adjustements when I get car running with all four cylinders.

Mefistoteles then we could add
www.volvolandia.com also..

Finnish Volvo forum. Few other members have 360s with turbos also. Most interesting project is this one
www.pukema.com (It's a 360GLT which is going to get a 2.5l six cylinder engine from S90 and two T6 turbos)
Nice car btw. Engine looks like it came like that from the factory. Very clean

That steel propshaft looks cool also. I suppose that the Renault engine isn't that heavy so must be a quick car.
