Well I think everyone here will be very surprised to find that it is me who has not Paid (get your tomatoes ready)!!!! I'm not going to make any excuses but some of you will have noticed I have not been on here as much over the past few weeks compared to normal.

There is no excuse for taking so long to get myself organised with this at all I've just been very busy and I am very badly organised. All of you who have dealt with in the past will know I am a good honest member of the forum and always willing to help anyone.

Mac has put a lot of time and effort into this project - I am truly sorry for being such a pain and having not got my but in gear and sorted this out instantly ( I would have at the time but Vicky was working that weekend - she does all my finances). I'm very thankful to Mac for all his efforts, what more can I say than I am very sorry. Mac has such a gentleman he has not even named me if it had been the other way around I don't think I would have done the same.

Mac I have sent you a PM. The check was sent at the end of last week so should be with you by now. Please let me know if there are any problems.

Good on you for owning up Dai, that takes something when you havn't been named. If nothing else it has cleared the air.

FWIW, I've dealt with Dai before, and he's spot on, so anyone thinking of buying stuff off him shouldn't be worried, he does a great job, and as Mac, has worked and is working on bits no longer available. I'm sure I'm not the only person who is very greatful to them.

Very brave indeed Dai, as I said in my reply, without knowing all the facts you cannot judge. I know how it is, not enough time, life can soon pass you by and some things get forgotten or put off. Dai is a top bloke, I've bought items from him before and it is very out of character, it's not something he'd do on purpose or make a habit of it! So, as Chris says, it's cleared the air, sorted out the problem, and all being well, everyone is happy! I'd noticed you'd not been around much either.

So, Mac, your efforts are appreciated, keep up the great work! And payment is to be received before gaskets/sets are despatched to prevent any problems.

Pete

Good on y'a Dai - you didn't have to name yourself (I was no where near pissed off enough to name you myself - I was letting off steam).

Yes,everyone, cheque has been received (Monday morning) - this episode is. now closed!

As an aside Foggy tells me that Scan Tech still lists the 300 diff gasket in their catalogue (couldn't find it online this morning - only the g/box end gaskets).
At the risk of losing sales it might be worth a look - always handy to have more than one supplier.

Mac.

I had HOR LSD that I sold to forum member (Tero), same company made such boxes I guess?

I never found out if that LSD was 25% or what as data was very difficult to find.

Mac - no problems. I would have been well niffed if it had been the other way - i would have probably named and shamed TBH so fair play.

As to the scan tech ones I doubt they could be anywhere near as good as the ones you are making. The packaging is top with superb instructions for the less mechanicaly minded :D .

TBH anyone who has not ordered one for there 300 must be mega tight and sqeeking when they walk. For the little extra the ss cap screws are worth adding to the list. I'm well impressed and gald to have a spare one in case I ever need to reove the diff cover again.

Thanks Mac for your effeorts - everyone else get your wallet out and order these off Mac

Anyone got a spare diff cover plate? My nice man with a foundry wants to have a nose, mentioned it too me the other day again on the phone. Basically as soon as I can get one to him, then he can have think as to the best plan of action. Both my diff plates are doing a pretty good job of keeping my diff oil in at the mo, being attached to my cars...

Any laying in someones shed/garden?
