Do we have drift cars confirmed, same for rally, (NB for rally should be Broady81& ChrisC)
I am confirmed Mac, definitely coming!
Is anybody working on a "storyboard" about drifting, same for rally,
I can certainly work on a storyboard (already have some stuff). I was thinking: a little about my car, something about road rallying, and then the 300 series in rallying (rallycross). Sound good?
Is anyone collecting video clips for drift, rallying, repairs, 300 in general
There certainly isn't any videos of my car in action because of the type of event. I can however get (steal) the rallycross footage from youtube?
Hope that helps Mac!
Matt

I'll add to Broady's
Yes, I'm coming too.
I can talk to said chap to add stuffs to the road rally side of a board, provide some words etc.
I have videos of my car, which I can either bring up with me or pass to a "video organising chap"

I've trawled through my archives and I've got footage of drifting, some footage from meets and repair trips, santa pod meets etc etc etc, Quite a lot of it is from a few years back so won't be of the highest resolution or quality, digital video having come on leaps and bounds in the last couple of years.
I've even found the 'run lights of doom" video for those that remember it

Sorry, can't do that, they're not mine. They'll only be available at the BKV.

In my collection of V3M vids Andy, I've found:
Gaydon (pass, Foggy?)
Milton Keynes (def Foggy)
Ludlow
Taunton (Pete?)
Crediton
Stondon (Hugh)
Leuven (Pete)
If you don't have any of those.

I have all of those, apart from Crediton, unless that's the Nessy fixing video.
However, if you've got the original WMV or AVI files of Taunton, Stondon and Leuven that would be much better, I've got re-encoded MPGs which aren't as clean.

I was just talking to Robbert-Jan, I WILL BE THERE!

But I don't have any taxed 300 yet, and I would like to bring my prefered GLT... I need to sort it out asap. I'll buy the tickets for the ferry or shuttle, what's the best moment to arrive there? Sathurday afternoon? Camping from Sathurday to Sunday? I just need to be back in Belgium on Monday morning, for the job...

Getting nearer!
I am currently working on site layout plans and would like to see us alongside Ruperts truck (we can utilise the curtainsider as a stage for AV screens.) I will bring 2 gazebos. For Saturday at least V3M will park together, with VOC members who wish to have their cars judged moving them to the show area on Sunday morning.
We have the V3M banner and I have some Netherland flag bunting. (well it is the VOC)
So far we have coming with stands/ displays, V3M, Suffolk & Essex VOC section, Volvo Enthusiasts Club, DriftMoto, Autoglym, Chris Knott Ins., t5d5, a valeting co., Practical Classics Magazine, Amazon Cars (with the Capetown rally 140)', IAM, and possibly Castrol, a windscreen chip repair co., Meguires, Volvo Special Vehicles + a few others.
V3Ms "daddy" Aymat is coming.
RJ Veraa will be there with BBB stock, Dai will have his wares and I will have a selection of bolts, gaskets etc.
Chris C will have his info on strut repair, I will have my projects front suspension there to display bushes bolts etc.
I've had a long chat with Nev at DriftMoto and he has "promised" some wicked 300s. Hopefully t5d5 will have some modified cars and an AV display.
For those who will be there Friday night - chat and beers, Saturday night - Hogroast & band ("Revival").
I am hoping that somebody is organising some film of 300s/rallying/drifting/being repaired on DVDs (we can then use simple DVD player to show them). I am hoping Foggy has sorted screens. We need of course to wire them up.
Matt is working on stickers.
Any other ideas, suggestions, people ??
Mac.

Just a suggestion, if you want to make sure that you are getting any parts in particular from any of us, order (and pay) in advance as we all have limited space in our cars.....and we hate to disappoint you.

Are you sure Mac? I thought that this is on the Saturday eve.
Do you have something like a program so far for the meeting all together?
I mean a list of what is on on the Saturday and the Sunday (parts jumble, ....).

Yes, - If any V3M arrive on Fri I'm sure we'll have a chat and a few beers - Saturday is indeed the Hogroast and band.
No - no programme of times etc.
Nobody has said they will bring auto jumble so - who knows,
All I can do is keep reminding people- I cannot do everything myself!!
