Although the detail may be slightly different, the principle is pretty much the same. A lot of cars in the late 1980s had these wee light up keys. I think the BMW ones were made by HUF too.

Hi bogbasic, do you have the bumper bracket for this 360 model? did you notice the bracket that is still attached to the left wing in this picture, I need the bracket for the rear bumper. The one from this car cannot be use, it broke at the end the most crucial part. Another thing is the bumper lining for front and rear, do you have it brand new? i want it new..it's like silicone or plastic i dont know the material.
thanks
Zack

At last i completed the job, took me 3 hours. I only need to tighten the coupling joint. The trouble is when i tighten it clockwise the steering turns..a sign for good steering rack..need some friend to hold the steering. Next is to do the allignment.

I enjoy reading all of your adventures.
Amazing how many volvo 300 you can still find in Malaysia.

Still a lot more to do to restore this orange i called it..i didn't know why i have interest in 360..most of my buddy play with 240,740, 940 and S series..the 360 seems to have a life of it's own. No i'm gonna create a blog here...

FYI local foreman / mechanic will avoid to repair volvo 360. Maybe it's not as easy as other continental car and the parts too..very hard to get. It's not interchangeable with other volvo maybe a bit engine parts from 940 and 240. Now back to orange, i'm going to replace the headlamp i got from the evil car..

..yes it's evil..i opened it up..the clip that hold the glass is full of rust. The reflector inside starts to wear, can i repair it? what is the material that they use? i saw one in classic swede still available for 20pound, do you have a pair of it? classic swede? Any way, i cleaned it, removed all the evil dirt. Reassemble it back and see if it shine brighter..shine on you crazy diamond.!!

What on earth have they put on there? I have cleaned the lenses with some water and soap, and they where as new. The reflector a gently cleaned with some toiletpaper and glass cleaner, they are very fragile so take it slow and watch out for the chrome flaking off.

Man, you need a big socket on the steering wheel nut and open the driver's window so you can stop it turning. The cat looks lovely. Ta bog.
