who me ,you gotta be kidding, I think its very important to welcome new members when they join, Hopefully it will encourage them to get involved and maybe even encourage a few more of the "guests " to join If they realize we are not all sarcastic ,pervy,letches like super spammer Hugh LOL.

It would be great if all new members put as much info on there profile as they can / feel comfortable with , especially there location

Good idea on the welcome PM. There is a welcome message already, but maybe we could re-word it. One for Aymat maybe?
