What's the point in having a dukebox in the house?
Keep it with the cars, in the shed / garage / secret barn.

If your wife doesn't allow you to do what you want then leave her.
FJ: man of little compromise

Agree fully about the Aveo.

I've had a jukebox in the house for several years but sold my previous City 2 to free-up some cash when we got married a couple of years ago. I have a huge collection of vinyl and quite simply nothing comes close to a properly set-up jukebox for sound quality and they're much better than a television as a focal point in the lounge. The volume can be set to literally shake the walls or you can turn it as low as you like for normal listening. They're an immediate talking point for parties and family gatherings and they tidy-up the record collection much better than loads of boxes. I'm also planning a wall mounted CD jukebox which holds 100 discs and has a play capacity of 35 tracks per disc so a potential of 3500 selections and it looks a whole lot better than an Ipod...
To be fair to my wife she's extremely easy going and more tolerant than anyone I've ever met. She's also the one who'll be paying for the Samara (and the jukebox) so I have to meet her half way every now and then....

She has three, currently all single but nowhere near as easy going and one of them is a total loony tune, believes in fairies and dances naked at Stonehenge...

Yeah, just think of the space saving.
What you need is a secret nuclear bunker to store your stuff

You're not kidding - a guy called Sam Glover who writes for Practical Classics uses an ex-MOD hangar close to Greenham Common. We visited there last year during an East European car tour and I thought "yes, this is what I need..."

Well since an Aveo is sort of a modern day Samara, why not replace it with the real stuff?
Lada sold by the boatloads in both the UK and the Netherlands, yet there are hardly any left. Just those later 110 series and three-door Samaras, the rest have all been shipped back to their homeland...

I am really looking forward to the film "Ballada" - it's airing on German TV this week - an "hommage" to the Lada. Here's the trailer:
