thank you for all your comments i have now decided to keep the colour and go for the stealth look. with this f7p conversion as im really lazy i would rather give some one money to do it. i no im good with the tool s last year finished my 81 capri sport running a 68 ford 302 v8 i will add a pics for you to drool over.

thats looks amazing.

But then the same as VND said, an auto v8 capri? takes all the fun out of it.

I know you said your lazy and cant be bothered to do the F7P conversoin, but surely your not lazy enough to not be bothered to change gear :lol:

Stop all the negativity, autos can be cool for wafting around in :)

Looks like you know what you're doing man, good luck with the 340. Slam and get some nice banded steels on it. These ugly things can look very smart when done right.

well that was old pic now running 5 speed tremac t5 with billet flywheel and centrifugal race clutch oh and the engine had a top end rebuild with double valve springs and high lift cam with a perfromer rpm manifold and a holley 670 street avenger carb now runnign bout 350 bhp

it ok still needs more power need to get some ally heads for it will pump it up to 400bhp and think on a weind 172 supercharger setup will then be bout 500bhp much more fun. just skit at the moment had a brain hemerage bout 7 months ago and still not back to work cant walk properly should be bk in couple of mnthsadn then the money starts flowing again
