URL sticker, thanks to VND 8)

beaded seat covers are back out for the summer - bonus points if any anoraks recognize the smelly hanging from the mirror :P
Image
put in 8" pioneer coaxials into the parcel shelf (dont worry, i used the parcel shelf from the first volvo modified to fit these instead of 6x9s) so the original parcel shelf, is still original!

amazing how much difference a good few hours of cleaning makes

more doors, more whores

just dont put mr sheen over previous attempts at polishing with dirty cloths - some bits look wank (bonnet for example)

national trust got one back on me last night - tried to cheat their alligator teeth but put one wheel off the speedbump by accident and managed to go straight into one which bent the beam/crossmember that holds the front of the engine up. car was making a horrible rattling noise afterwards so i jacked her up and loosened the prop and the whole thing moved about an inch back, which temporarily solved the issue, untill today where i drove to the petrol station and the vibrations returned. guess ill be needing a new one - any idea where i can get one guys? or if i can fit one from a 1.4 on?
cheers

update time, nothing major, just landy dampers and messing around!
Image
these are the dampers i got from my first volvo, the tramp bar has done some epic damage to one of them as can be seen, im surprised it didnt pierce it to be honest,
this is what they replaced- pretty shagged
Image
once i started taking them off, there was no going back as this happened on both of them:
Image

then had some fun with spray mount, unfortunately its fallen off after a rainy weekend
Image
thats all folks...
tempted to put the steelies onto it from the other volvo i've got so it doesnt have tractor stance but im not keen on running 155s on the back and 175s on the front, great for driftuu, probably not so much for general use. oh and i fixed the bent beam - replaced it with the one from a 1.4. all fits, just doesnt have the extra bracing, but im sure itll do just fine without that anyway. hope you like :)

Nice. Liking the tractor look  My old shocks did exactly that. Had to hack saw them off in the end! With the bands, the wheels would be awesome.
