And, because my brother and I have a 940 needing some bodywork TLC, what colour is the motor?

Hi it's a 1992 J reg car and as far as I know the original engine

It's metallic green, if you tell me where to get the code from I'll go get it.

how much would you take for the whole car and where is it located??

and you can keep the body panels so sell on i just need all engine part and electrics ie: ecu wiring .....

It was started from cold, so the tapping you hear is what I believe to be the valve shims that need doing as mentioned in my first post.

£200 takes the whole car bar the parts I have removed to sell but will include engine, wiring etc that you require to convert a 300.

My mate (local to me) tells me he has a spare head @ £25 which would resolve the tapping.
