the bad thing about snus is that it burns away your gums, so if you use it for to long you have the risk with loosing teeth

I was talking to a freind the other day and he told me about a bloke he knows who hadn't had a
smoke for 15 years. He and a few mates were in a bar one day and someone passed around a packet
of fags and he absent mindadly took one, had a draw and said "what am i doing, i don't smoke anymore"
However,the damage was done. He had to ask his mate for onother one. That was him fucked.He was back on the fags again.
That was after a 15 year gap. You just have to take it day by day.
