not sure if re-calibrating the speedo is that simple - think eveyone using different sizes from standard just guesses.

mine just scrubbs the rear arches with 1" blocks and GLT springs on 195/45 15's on 8J. fronts are fine

The bigger rolling radius will help correct the speedo. Almost every 300 series speedo reads about 10% fast

195/45 15s on an 8J makes em smaller than standard so mine will be out more than 10%, yeah?

I was on 195/50 and that was still 10% slow. When I changed to a 440 speedo that corrected the reading to almost spot on.

You will be fine. Just check your readings with satnav so you know where you are with it. You will still probably be reading fast.

I have found nice set of R16 9j ET20 wheels with 215/40 tires. For upcoming season I am going to lower my 360 about 5cm front and back. Any ideas how these wheels and tires will fit on when it will be lowered? Should I expect fender scrubbing or something like that. Seller is living in another town so I would like to have some information before going and putting them on.

According to this rim should poke out about 6,5 cm and I think is a lot :)

Yea you'll have issues with 16x9. If they don't stick out they'll hit the strut. Too wide me ghinks

Probably need some spacers and a bit of trimming on the body for clearance
