Whell i´ve got those rubbers from the Dealer but they where very expencive.
In total i bought 3 rubbers.
2 for the doors and 1 for the boot and they cost al togeter around 150 Euros here in holland.
And becuase its so silent i now hear the sidewindows. :?
So i have to get some new rubbers for them to.

And i did´nt kwow it would be that easy to fit so iam going to install the bugger.

take the dash apart, pull the blanker out, put the temp gauge in, screw dash back together, find the black and white stripey wire in the loom, attatch a wire, thread wire to where you want the sensor, attatch to sensor, attatch another lead from the sensor to the chassis. job done.

no worries. i got those instructions from james anyways. my sensor is located in the strengthening brace that runs the length of the car, from just behind where the bumper insert is. basically, if you look where the bumper insert is, theres a tupe that runs toward the rear of the car. this goes thru the engine bay, and has a hole the size of about a 1p in the top of it. push the sensor into this hole.

So you found that hole in the end Hugh :)

Just as a add-on to what Hugh said...if you have the factory loom for the sender (which Hugh didn't have), then you run the brown ground wire back to the dashboard too.

I'd love to do a hot cam / weber conversion on my B200, but its actually cheaper to go B230ET. Sounds like an excellent job though, especially the work on the CVT - somebody give this guy a prize!

Thanks for the compliment.

My friend is a wizard with elektrics so i couldn´t have done it without him. sm83
And i have an suply of CVT's lying in my garage.
Because one sec. blewup. and an otherone was verry quikly wornout.
And i have to check those big nuts from the disks regulary.
They come loose sometimes  .

But if´ve have another great tip to polish your valves to mirors.
A friend of mine came of the idea. sm17 .
You take a std. powerd drill.
Place the drill securly on your workingbench.
Put your valve in it.

- Start off with a soft steelbrusch for all the big stuf.
- Then take a piece off sanding paper 150.
Get all the little spots off.
-Then go to waterproof 780/1000/1200/1400 put a little spitt with it.
This way its getter smoother and less hot.
Iff its getting a little hot to your vingers put a piece of cloth between your fingers and the sanding paper.
- To finish use a Dremmel or some fine commandant.

And they are like mirrors! sm37

I can't believe I didn't reply to this thread last time you posted an update. I honestly think this is the most impressive car on the forum by a wide margin. If you get the suspension sorted that will be an awesome car!
