Hello, the 360 GLE in standard form should have a mechanical fuel pump on the side of the engine. You can check by eye if there is petrol in the fuel filter and, if not, maybe disconnect the pipe to the carburettor and place it in a bottle or something so that when you turn the engine over you can see if it is pumping petrol. I don't know what the things in your photos are. Are you sure there is a spark?

looks like the car is an injection, maybe different naming than UK, like Oz.

As the fuel comes out of the bottom of the tank only 1 pressure pump is needed.

The pump is fairly reliable, as is the control relay. Check the aux fuse box behind the battery, it has the fuel pump fuse., they suffer from weak compression force, just bend then in a little.

You need to check what is happening to the voltage at the pump when you try to start the car.

Hi ride on, do you mean spark as in the spark plug? I'm sure it have because it ignite as normal only the fuel wont go into fuel filter (engine bay). My model is injection not carburetor

yes check that fuse. from memory that is a different looking relay pin setup to the 360. there is only one fuel pump. check the fuse and if that's fine go to a motor parts dealer and ask them for a relay the same.

HI guy's..a little updates!! Today i went to buy the fuel pump relay at local volvo parts just 15km from my house, they have it, only one unit left..my lucky day..and i get it cheap..at around 15 USD. Test it and finally the pump starts to run after i crank it, Thanks logan for the location. Now the second problem came, there is a crack on the fuel hose right after the fuel pump. looks like it had been repaired but not good fuel start to leak. I'm not sure how to repair the crack, i must repair it before i put back the fuel pump it's a hell of work. Here is some picture for today job. FYI i don't have any automotive engineering background, this is my first time..purely DIY...    the chronology of the picture from bottom up.. :360:

Mayday! Mayday!..

Help needed..the cracked fuel hose is broken by it self. sm2 , i think i need to replace the whole hose from the fuel pump straight to the fuel filter. the hose seems to be stuck, I already loosen the other end "the hose that connect to the fuel filter", but cannot pull it out. Anyone can show me how??''

Yep, the tough, transparent plastic fuel pipes go right through the box-section and they should last a lot longer than the rubber hoses so you probably do not have to worry about them.

good work man, stick at it.

the rubber hoses just 'pull' off the clear plastic pipe, it does take a bit of effort if theyre as old as those hoses appear, the clips can be a pain too, replacing them with jubilees makes for easier servicing. those 'unions' (the word you were looking for) can be very stiff, but yes, they should just unscrew. Man up and keep a good tight grip on both sides of the connection

You don't need to undo the joint, just remove the old pipe and put on a new one. Make sure you get the right specification for pressure and fit at the output, use a good quality hose clip.

It might just be black on the outsude from the rubber, or maybe fuel deposits on the strengthener insert.
