I'll post some additional info in the next days - currently the 340 is undergoing a major, full service. Well deserved, if I might say
I've had a 740 GLE 16 Valve (a Portuguese / Italian market speciality with the B204E, the 1986cc with twin cams and 136bhp). I must say that I find the 300's far more comfy than the old luxobarge 740, despite its "not-so-posh" market definition
No doubt for me: great car to cruise 200 miles, if needed to
