I forgot! The idea of a specific color (for example) for members who have given money for the V3M hosting is very good... (+ probably a specific rank!)

I reckon if, like we did this year, enough of us get together, say 10 of us, that's only ~6 quid each. Bloody hell, I put more than double that every week into the petrol tank of my 360!

The stickers could be a good idea, if someone could design a logo that's about tax disc size I reckon that would be a bit of a winner though.

BTW I'm up for contributing to my share of whatever it cost for this year Aymat, not only providing the means of payment.

Sounds like some good suggestions here; As I said I'd be willing to contribute for this years hosting. £6 a year isn't alot, if we have more contributors (incidentally I think there are around 10 already) then it'll be even less - significantly cheaper than VOC membership for example. I know what I'd rather pay for... sm40

Indeed, lots of nice ideas, tax disc holders sound like an excellent idea, not just visible from behind and in the car, a small bit below would be good to see from the outside too. Keyrings, stickers etc, all nice ideas that I'm sure will sell. I'm with everyone else here, I'd rather contribute that small amount each year, we thought it would be about £12 each this year, but it has decreased as more people have offered and joined in. So I'm more than willing to chip in. As Mick has said though, someone has to be in charge of getting these items made, then being treasurer of the funds..........not the easiest or best of jobs.

I don't know if this would be available with the hosting you have at the mo, but over on T'Bricks those who contribute are allowed to choose a custom titile beneath their user name, an enlarged PM inbox, a coloured username, and the ability to upload images directly to the site.

Yeh! OK, so I wasn't really suggesting that we should mimic the subscription model of my first post. However, it would be nice to have an easy way to contribute. I'll give a tenner, but at the moment I need someone to get back to me to tell me how to do that. If there was a PayPal button I could press...

Ok, little summary...

For this year, it's already paid and we won't have the time to organize complicated things because I want that Andy get is money back... What we have to do is to split the costs. At this time, we have:

- Duvel78
- Quentin (french and english forum)
- Adam (340GLT)
- Pete
- Mick (redine)
- James
- Hugh (5lab)
- Chris
- Andy (pettaw)
- Steve
- Knüt (french forum)
- Moinsundemi (french and english forum)

That's 12 at the moment!

More members want to contribute? 990?

And as V6man said, there will be of course some extras for those members... (specific color, more space for the PM, upload possibilities...)

And I have created a specific Paypal address for it:

paypal@volvo300mania.com

One more contribution from David (solamanda) sm4 sm4 Thanks!!

Pete> well, I would say it's maybe good to centralize everything on the V3M account, just for the simplicity... (only for the members with a paypal account of course)

Then I make a transfert to Andy's account...

What do you think about that?

(btw, is it possible to make 'public' the state of a paypal account? because a keyword here is TRANSPARENCY sm4, everything is used for V3M )
