yerr rallycars rattle your fillings out and the noise......but its worth it :D
do some single venue events like airfields and its no different from drifting apart from the entry fee and safety stuff. if you build it to rally spec you can do anything you like with it :
drift,race,rally,rallycross,autocross,hillclmb,roadrally,gravel sprint.......
only down side is they are mega expensive to build, rollcage, fire ext, fire suit, helmet, seats, harnesses, battery cut off etc and thats before you join a club, get your license, and do any mods to your car......
then again it is worth it when your flying through a forest or along a closed road flat out and you've got a smile from ear to ear and your hearts pumping faster than your fuel pump........

I agree with Dave, the difference is going to be minimal anyway other than the diff (and probably ride height) so both get my vote :)
cheers

I think I will go the rally car option. It wont be drastic the interior will stay (at least for a while) I go almost full heigh suspension mybe 1" lower. I't going to be a simple build.
I love the hearse idea :D but I cant be doing with all the fabrication (I'd rather put time into my P1800).

I'll have to put some more thought into it but I'm 99% on rally car.

Cheers

The hearse idea sounds good, you could make a fair bit in 60 years time or so as our membership gets to the dying age and want to have thier last ride in a 300 instead of a Ford or something ;) You might be a bit old to to be doing that then though :P

I voted Rally Car, imagine how unique it would be Dai, especially with some inspired vinyls :D , ie the moose badges and colour sheme, jacked suspension, roll cage, incar tank, inboard pipework, white alloys, etc etc, oh and a large exhaust.

If you dont I might!!!

Road rallies require interior to remain but front seats and belts can be altered-ie buckets/harnesses.
No cage required just comp licence and motor club card-12 cars only require club card.
Give us a shout if you can find a coil spring that fits a 360 and gives 1" lift-believe me you need more at the front not less

Vinayls are a must. I cant go with internal pipes as that will not comply with COP11 I can however run thiem inside the chassis.
