lol, James best watch out.

The RAC now charge if (or in Jame's case - when) you run out of fuel.

Thanks for the offer. I'm bidding on one that ends today, but if I don't get it I'll give you a shout if that's OK.

Well done and welcome
This is how the car looked when I got it

The magical fluid that gets them looking like that is Autoglym Bumpercare. Nasty, gloopy green stuff that gets the job done. I use it on my 940 too. The only thing I've found that beats it is the orange front bumper on my van. I'm convinced that NOTHING will make that look decent!

Unfortunately not! I'll grind it back when I get the chance and weld new metal in if neccesary. There's a spot on the back too that's got a little bit on it too, although the rest of the car is rust free.
Both areas will be sorted by the end of the summer. Living 400yards from the beach means things like that have to be dealt with fairly promptly before they turn into major corrosion :?

Good work, that is a bargain indeed! Looks very nice with a bit of elbow grease. There seems to be a sudden increase 300's on the market, many of which are appearing to be the well kept low mileage cars.

There always seems to be some that come up around here- usually in lovely condition. It's because it's full of wrinklies round here. The definition of a fit bird in Cleveleys is one without her zimmerframe :P
