the rusts not too bad, very light. and its not rusty in any of the places mine is, like under the rear bumper or behind the headlights..

nagh it had £300 of work done on it at the last 2 mots, in that area, to stop the rust, the rust you see now is just the surface rust on the re-welded panel.

You'll restore the car? And sell the white 340?

current plan is the black car (name suggestions??) sits under a tarpaulin for 1 or 2 years to keep it dry, while i drive my white car (nessy). then when nessy dies after 200,000m, i will strip and scrap her, and fit all of the goodies onto the glt, then start driving it instead.

ANYWAYS.. the black roof on the interior, its faaar nicer than the white ever was.. and the sunroof.. how hard to use can they make it??

also.. i've notices the roof with a sunroof is LOTS lower - my hair bounces off the roof when i drive now

Yeah it looks kinda grey in the pics atleast.
Black is rare color for 300-series here in Finland. I have seen one black GLT here.
