-is that the hose leading from the carb to the air filter housing? mine perished once, and i wondered why i could never get the replacement to work properly- in the end a mechanic just blocked off the pipe near the carb, and car seems to work fine!
-does anyone have a photo of the restrictor? would be great to try and make one up!
