Yep, I'll add the brochure sometime....... I seem to think it was an A4 double sided sheet, might be four pages.......
Remind me someone if I forget later on!

SteveP being the usual ITG there...

The "Two Valve Evo" head is a completely redesigned 8v head, popular with motorsport types in Scandanavia. There are a few in this country. I have a high res picture of one somewhere on my PC. Looks loooovely.
If you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can't afford it! There's also an alloy casting of a redblock available from Sten Parner Motor...I think it's about £7000.
Those are lovely cars in the brochures. I now have almost all of the parts featured

Got the rims and front spoiler....got the (damaged) Oettinger cylinder head and carb...just need the car now!
I'm having a bit of a dilemma here...
First off, I'd pretty much worked out that you could never get a "mk1 phase 2" (stubby bumpers, number plate on bumper) with the R-Sport....and that info confirms that. The R-Sport kit was available for the mk1, but only the "phase 3" with the wrap-around bumpers.
Secondly...I was going to go for the white colour scheme as for almost all of the original 343 R-Sport factory cars....but....DAMN those look great in red and silver
cheers

James, check out pics from URL I posted to previous page
Sten Parner is actually pretty much quit doing those, you must know right people to get them done, I heard that it would be health issues that prevent him from keep doing that work, but don't know, 2nd hand information from race car builder that frequently visits there.
Ever wondered how evo intake port looks?

Interestingly, the 343 R-Sport had its own "Typschlüsselnummer" (Type Approval Number / Key maybe?) from 8/81 to 7/82 in Germany - meaning it was actually sold as a model in it's own right and you can therefore (theoretically at least) order parts and get insurance quotes for it.

I look forward to seeing your "Phase 2 Oettinger" or "Phase 3 R-Sport" replica see the light of day then

Mk1s pop up every once in a while over here, but most tend to be variomatics ...

There was a 3dr manual mk1 on eBay a few weeks ago. If it was now, I'd have had it, but I was in the middle of moving house, and it was one thing too many

Chris, I think that one you mean is the same as the one Mick passed on to me. Up to my eyeballs in paperwork and all sorts of things at the moment, I'll set about phase two of scanning one day!
