For a start, you don't have to take the picture yourself, the rules say
The photos in this round should be either self taken or contain your car...
The rules haven't changed since the previous competitions and so if all you can find is a boat or a lorry in motion you can enter it (if it's a good enough photo)!
How do we decide if the photo is good enough? Simply enter it, and if it wins, it was good enough!

Ok, so I don't have to take it myself if it's of my car. However as the topic is 300's in motion the following still applies;
